Our Story
My name is Meropi Zervos, founder of NeuroNest and most importantly mom to my incredible son Dimitri. The day Dimitri was diagnosed with autism was one of the darkest days of my life. Like many parents, I was overwhelmed with fear, uncertainty, and questions that no one seemed to be able to answer. I worried about his future, his happiness, his education, and whether I would be able to give him everything he needed to thrive.
What followed was a journey filled with challenges, heartbreak, victories, and lessons I never expected to learn. I quickly discovered that raising a child with autism can be incredibly isolating. While there were therapies, evaluations, meetings, and endless paperwork, there was very little support for parents. I often felt alone, exhausted, and overwhelmed as I tried to navigate a world that seemed confusing and fragmented.
Every step forward felt like a battle. I spent countless hours researching, searching for resources, advocating for my son, and trying to piece together information from multiple places.
Over time I realized that there were thousands of parents walking the same path — feeling isolated, unsupported, and desperate for guidance. That realization became the inspiration for NeuroNest Parent Support.
As a parent raising a child with autism, I built the app I wish I had when Dimitri was first diagnosed. NeuroNest Parent Support was created to bring together the tools, resources, guidance, and support that parents need in one place. From visual tools and behavior supports to school meeting resources, phone scripts, AI guidance, parent recommendations, and personalized care planning, every feature was designed from real-life experience.
NeuroNest Parent Support is more than an app. It is a support system built by a parent who understands the journey firsthand. I believe that no parent should have to navigate autism alone.
The challenges are real, but so are the victories. Every milestone, every breakthrough, and every moment of growth deserves to be celebrated. Today, NeuroNest Parent Support stands as a first-of-its-kind platform created specifically to support parents raising autistic children. It was born from love, built from lived experience, and driven by a mission to help families feel empowered, informed, and connected.
